I know everyone says their trainer is great, but mine really is.
Seriously.
I first heard about Luke through a coworker who I noticed had lost bunch of weight and was suddenly really fit. I called Luke the next day and 6 weeks later I had lost my extra weight in the middle ('ahem "muffin top") and could nicely fit back into my favorite jeans. I was stoked.
I guess my point is results. I mean you work out to feel better and see results right? Luke is a great coach and motivator and he'll get you to your fitness goals quick. I am not athletic at all, so I am really impressed with how Luke's workouts have built up my stamina and strength. Luke primarily uses functional training (exercises that mimic everyday movement) but he can customize different types of training to whatever your goals are.
I have been training with Luke now for six months, I've dropped 2 pant sizes and feel better than I ever have. Now people at ask me all the time "What's different, are you working out?" Results. Just sayin'.Joanna C.
I have worked out with several different trainers over the years and Luke is by far the very best. Luke challenges me in a way that I would not do so on my own, and yet he is sensitive to my injuries and will tweak the workout accordingly. Luke has a solid understanding of how the body works and is very educational in his training approach. He recognizes my weaknesses and is incredibly helpful by providing me with exercises that I can do on my own in order to strengthen those areas. It is clear how passionate Luke is about working with people to help educate them and to improve their health. But most importantly, I have seen the results (down 2 sizes!) of working with Luke.
